Blade: Supalux S (calcium silicate), with stainless steel plating (Z2 CND 17-12)
Shafts: Stainless steel (Z2 CND 17-12) rotating on a graphite ring bearing with a packing
box seal
Sealtightness:
- internal/external leak rate < 100 l.h.m² at 1500 Pa, class 3 containment as per
NF M 62-211
- upstream/downstream leak rate < Nm3.h at high temperature at 1500 Pa

Single-acting quarter-turn electric actuator – “BERNARD” FQ12
One set of voltage free (dry) open / closed limit switch contacts
Voltage: 230V 50Hz, 400V 50Hz
Handwheel for emergency manual control

3 hours fire resistance:
- Certified to the following criteria under French Order dated 21 April 1983:
- cross-section from DN 150 to DN 300
- negative pressure: 2100 Pa
- installation opposite side to fire
- axis of operation: all positions
- horizontal airflow
- EFECTIS certificate no. 92 U 021
- Extension no. 08/2 for assembly of FQ12 electric actuator
- Classification no. 07/1 and 07/2 extended to sealing mortar
