VCF 2000 Motor-operated fire damper

Tilted and reversed dry-seat damper, operable at high-temperature

manoeuvrability, with high fire resistance.

Normally open, automatic closure controlled by electric pulse or by a fusible link
(74°C or 140°C) inside / outside the duct
Motor-operated using one of the following actuators: OM200, VR200
Manually-operated using one of the following actuators: OM100, VR100

Body: Supalux S (calcium silicate) - bonded
Blade: Supalux S (calcium silicate), bonded, with stainless steel plating (304L)
Shafts: stainless steel (304L), rotating on a graphite ring bearing, with seal
Flanges: zinc-plated steel (S235)
Sealtightness: class C as per EN 1751
Thermal shielding for actuator if installed fire-side
Thermal shielding on the flange of the flush model if installed fire-side

OM200, OM200 ATEX or VR200 actuators, 48 V DC or 125 V DC
Trip options: internal/external fusible link (74°C or 140°C), manual button or 48V DC
pulse (external fusible link optional)
Motor-operated or manual reset
Possibility of 1 to 3 sets of voltage free (dry) open / closed limit switch contacts
